Now — business development leadership at Comcast
I lead a team of six Business Development Representatives in Comcast’s Florida region. Together we have facilitated $250M+ in approved infrastructure investments and identified 90,000+ sales opportunities across 300 projects. In 2024, the team delivered $124M in approved capital expenditure — a 25% increase year over year.
In 2025, I played a central role in Florida’s BEAD program, contributing to the business case that secured $116M in provisional government subsidy for broadband expansion. Day to day, I develop financial models for senior leadership, lead cross-functional teams, and serve as a subject matter expert on government funding programs.
Before — a decade of operational leadership
Prior to Comcast, I spent ten years in operational leadership: directing multi-site operations, leading IT implementation teams across the US and India, running process improvement as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and conducting financial analyses that helped clients make better decisions. Each role added a tool to the kit.
The through-line
Every role has been some version of the same job: sit between the technical reality and the business decision, and make sure the two actually meet. That is also why the AI/ML research practice exists — the technology reshaping every industry is easier to lead through when you build with it yourself.
