AI Content Disclosure

Effective date: April 15, 2026 Last updated: April 15, 2026

I believe transparency about how content is created matters. This disclosure explains how artificial intelligence is used in creating the writing on chrisarsenault.xyz.

How Content Is Created

Content on this site falls into a few categories:

1. Human-authored. Most posts are written entirely by me, Chris Arsenault, without AI involvement.

2. Human-authored, AI-assisted. Some posts are written by me with AI used as a research aid, structural editor, or for revision suggestions. The framing, perspective, examples, and final words are mine. AI is a tool in the writing process, not the author.

3. AI-assisted, human-finalized. A smaller portion of posts may originate from an AI-generated outline or first draft on a topic I have spent meaningful time thinking about. Every such post is heavily edited and finalized by me before publication.

I do not currently label individual posts by category. I use this disclosure to be honest about the role AI plays in my writing process generally.

What I Do Not Do

  • I do not publish AI-generated content under my name as if it were entirely my own writing without disclosure
  • I do not use AI to fabricate experiences I have not had, opinions I do not hold, or claims of expertise I do not have
  • I do not run an automated content factory on this site (that is a separate project on 1450 Enterprises sites, with its own disclosure)
  • I do not use AI to generate fake reader comments or testimonials

What This Means for You

  • Treat what you read here as a personal point of view from a working operator, not as professional advice
  • AI assistance does not make content less genuine, but it also does not make it infallible — content may contain inaccuracies, even after careful review
  • If a specific piece of content significantly affects a decision you’re making, do your own verification
