A Little About Me
The short version: I'm a business development executive at Comcast who also builds AI systems for fun. The longer version is more interesting.
Chris Arsenault is a Florida-born creator with a stubborn streak, a curious mind, and a deep belief in kindness and community. Shaped by family, spiritual exploration, and a lifelong habit of fixing whatever’s in front of him, he approaches life with humor, resilience, and a practical sort of hope. His story is about building, learning, and living with intention.

The Person Behind the Work
A Deeper Dive
Chris Arsenault grew up in Jacksonville, Florida, where early exposure to tightly knit communities shaped a lasting sensitivity to the gap between stated values and lived behavior. That experience fostered a strong preference for authenticity over performance, and for substance over symbolism.
Over time, his perspective evolved toward an appreciation for balance, timing, and alignment, drawing from systems of thought that emphasize rhythm, restraint, and context rather than dogma. These influences inform how he approaches leadership, strategy, and decision-making, with an emphasis on clarity, proportional response, and long-term consequences.
His work reflects a belief that effective action comes from understanding systems as they are, not as they are described, and that progress depends less on ideology than on judgment, honesty, and well-timed execution.
Roots & Early Life
"I take Murphy’s Law as a reminder that anything can go wrong, not as a pessimistic prophecy, but as an invitation to be prepared, adaptable, and resilient. By expecting the unexpected, I stay grounded, realistic, and ready to create the best possible outcome, turning potential setbacks into opportunities for clarity and momentum."
Family Influence & Guiding Wisdom
Chris was strongly influenced by his grandparents, who emphasized discipline, humility, and attention to fundamentals. A guiding principle passed down to him, “chop wood, carry water,” reinforced the value of consistency and focus over abstraction.
Through their influence, he also developed an early respect for nature, patience, and long-term craft. This led to a sustained interest in horticulture, including recognized work in daylily hybridization. The underlying lessons from that period, simplicity, authenticity, personal rhythm, and respect for natural systems, continue to shape how he approaches leadership, strategy, and complex problem solving.
Curiosity, Creativity & the Maker’s Mindset
Chris is, at his core, a builder and problem solver. Growing up without excess fostered an instinct to improvise, repair, and engineer practical solutions, habits that continue to shape how he approaches complex challenges.
He is drawn to work that combines curiosity with hands-on execution, whether in technology, systems design, or physical projects. His interests consistently center on understanding how things work at a fundamental level, from scientific and technical systems to organizational and strategic ones. This inclination toward inquiry, structure, and problem solving informs both his professional focus and his broader perspective.

Personality, Perspective & How He Shows Up
Chris is known for a direct, competitive approach and a strong sense of fairness. He is often sought out for perspective across a wide range of decisions, reflecting a reputation for clear thinking, practical judgment, and broad knowledge.
He approaches uncertainty with preparation rather than optimism alone, balancing pragmatism with long-term intent. Grounded in a belief that systems should ultimately serve people, he is motivated by building durable solutions and communities shaped by integrity, curiosity, and human connection.
Love, Partnership & Building a Life Together
Chris Arsenault shares his life with his husband, with whom he has built a partnership grounded in resilience, mutual support, and shared purpose. Their life together has been shaped by long-term commitment, adaptability, and an appreciation for timing and circumstance.
That partnership reinforces Chris’s belief in durability, loyalty, and building things meant to last, values that carry through both his personal and professional life.

What I do
I lead a team of six Business Development Representatives in Comcast's Florida region, where we've facilitated $250M+ in approved infrastructure investments and identified 90,000+ sales opportunities across 300 projects. In 2024, my team delivered $124M in approved Capex, a 25% increase YOY. In 2025, in addition to similar team performance, I also played a central role in Florida's BEAD program, contributing to the business case that secured $116M in provisional government subsidy for broadband expansion.
Before Comcast, I spent a decade in operational leadership, directing multi-site operations, leading IT implementation teams across the US and India, running process improvement as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and conducting financial analyses that helped clients make better decisions. Each role added a tool to the kit.
Outside of work, I'm a hands-on AI/ML practitioner. I build multi-agent orchestration systems, fine-tune large language models, design zero-trust security architectures, and deploy everything on infrastructure I manage myself, Kubernetes clusters, GPU compute, 10G networking. It started as curiosity. It became a serious applied research practice.
I hold two master's degrees (an MBA and an MS in Management & Leadership), a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and certifications in Change Management and Corporate Training. I am currently pursuing a second MBA in Entrepreneurship at Augment, and will begin an MS in AI Engineering at Quantic in mid-2026.
